Beyond the Grid
The two things most students miss.
Funding you never knew you qualified for.
Access programmes that quietly decide who gets through the door.
Both are on the Grid. Both are free.
Scholarships & bursaries
Most applicants leave real money on the table.
We map funding by where it actually sits.
Universities, charities, employers, global awards.
- University bursaries. based on your household income and course.
- Subject and merit awards. Reuben, Crankstart, Snowdon, Stephen Lawrence.
- Employer scholarships. Amazon, Lloyds, Imperial Jack Hirst.
Access & mobility
The programmes that quietly decide who ends up in the room.
Mentoring, insight days, direct routes into firms that hire from them.
Most are free. Many take students from year 12 upward.
Each programme is tagged by who it serves.
What it actually gets you, and when applications open.
About the founder
Hi, I'm Haisem.
I'm an Oxford undergraduate, studying on a full scholarship. And believe me I'm no one special. I just knew something most others didn't: I knew how opportunities in the UK work. Where to search, what to prioritise, and how to organise everything properly. Having secured placements across multiple industries, nearly all my failures came from not applying, not knowing, or simply not being organised enough. Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for a lot of students.

I've done the work. The Grid is the result.
I got here because people shared what they knew. The Grid exists to pass that on. For free, for anyone ready to go after it.
