Overview

The L&G OneTech Services internship is an 8-week programme designed to provide hands-on experience across core technology teams. Interns will rotate through various disciplines including IT Security Operations, Digital Web Applications, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure, tackling real-world projects and learning from industry experts. The programme aims to help build and secure Legal & General's digital products.

Structure & format

The internship is an 8-week programme, running from June to August 2026. Interns will rotate through different teams such as Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Security, and will be paired with a buddy. The programme is in person in Hove.

Eligibility

Applicants should be on track for a 2.1 degree in a Technology-related subject and be in their penultimate year of university (graduating in 2027). No prior industry experience is required, but candidates should possess an analytical mindset, an inquisitive mind, a genuine desire to learn, great communication skills, and high levels of energy and commitment.
