Overview

  • This internship is set up for 12 months to cover a sandwich placement starting in summer 2027, with the opportunity for a permanent opportunity once you graduate in 2029.
  • As an External Communications Intern at Honeywell Aerospace, you will help to tell our story to our external stakeholders and the media.
  • This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home, when projects allow, however, you will start the role fulltime in the office for the first few weeks, for us to support your learning.
  • Be expected to work from the office during training times.
What you'll do
  • You will work closely with experienced professionals, to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive global team to be trained to achieve the following.

  • Key skills and qualifications: Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Can commute to our Basingstoke office Currently studying a sandwich course degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Public Relations, graduating in 2029 Business level written and verbal communication skills, in the English language Some exposure to writing or drafting professional communications, (this can be from a hobby, your studies, or work experience).
