Overview
- If you complete a placement with us, you will fast-track on to another placement or directly on to the Graduate Development Programme.
What you'll do
- As a placement with Turner & Townsend you will develop first class consultancy skills and work with industry leading clients on some of the most exciting projects across the UK.
Eligibility
- We provide summer placements for students in their penultimate year at university but will consider those in their first year or second year of a four year course.
- If you are returning to university for your final year, we will be able to fast-track you straight on to the GDP.
- Core Skills You’ll Develop Contract administration and management Cost control and performance management Cost modelling and benchmarking Estimating and measurement Core and technical skills in quantity surveying Value management and value engineering Stakeholder management Cost auditing and assurance Supply chain and market engagement Procurement and tendering Developing commercial strategies and programme setup Creating digital solutions to enhance performance Delivering projects using Turner & Townsend’s bespoke digital tools Using our industry-leading Embodied Carbon Calculator Qualifications Studying a quantity surveying degree and on track for a 2:1 or above.

- Working pattern: Other Requirements This role is primarily office-based, and colleagues are expected to work from the office for the majority of the working week.
