What you'll do

In addition to your day-to-day role, you will also take part in a development programme that gives you key skills and knowledge to support you in your role and enhance your career.

Eligibility

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance to the office workplace stated in this advert Strong interpersonal and communication skills Drive & enthusiasm Team working & collaboration skills Strong organizational and influencing skills Have a willingness to learn & develop The ability to build strong working relationships You must be in your penultimate year of study and on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from your bachelor's or equivalent degree.
A least 96 UCAS Points from 3 A Level subjects (or equivalent) A*- C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK.

Structure & format

Working pattern: Whilst we operate a hybrid working policy, office attendance expectations will be agreed with your manager, and you must be within a commutable distance of the office.
