- This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, gain valuable industry experience, and develop your technical and professional skills.
What you'll do
Eligibility
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering), entering 3rd or penultimate year, and returning to studies post-placement Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and confident in both written and verbal communication.
Application process
- Stage 3 – Assessment Centre + Final Interview (Early December 2026) Candidates successful at stage 2 will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre, located on site at Cramlington.
- Stage 1 – Submission of CV and Cover Letter (by 19th October 2026).
- Stage 2 – Initial Informal Discussion (Between 9th November – 18th November 2026) Candidates will be selected and invited to take part in an initial informal discussion about the role, as well as an opportunity for you to find out about the company.
- Candidates will spend a day at the facility, getting a feel for Organon as well as taking part in several activities including a site tour and a final interview.
