What you'll do

Develop an understanding of Social Policy and Industrial Relations in a transnational company, Gain knowledge of the Employment Law and see first hand how it drives business operations day to day, Be involved in various projects and topics across the employment law and industrial/employee relations spectrum, giving lots of opportunity and experience in this field of HR, Contribute to the research, drafting.

Eligibility

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only.
Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
Ideally studying towards a Law, Business, or HR-related degree, with an interest in Employment Law and Industrial Relations, The ability to listen, understand and communicate information Proficiency in basic IT software, such as Google suite and/or Microsoft Office suite, Exhibits a positive and proactive attitude to approach challenges and tasks within a team, Interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems, Experience in research and benchmarking to support decision making, Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyse legislative updates, and support decision-making.
