Overview
- You will work and collaborate with people in Caterpillar facilities worldwide and we are looking for you to bring fresh, innovative ideas to solve complex technical problems.
Eligibility
- Applicants will be on target to achieve a minimum of 2:2 honours degree level in a relevant discipline – Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Control Systems, Integrated Engineering.
- To be eligible to complete a 12-Month Industrial Placement commencing July 2027, you must be in your penultimate year of study unless enrolled in an integrated master’s program.
Structure & format
- Working pattern: This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Funding structure
- Salary: £26,000, Share Scheme, Pension, and 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
Selection process
- Your responses will be reviewed by the hiring team, and You will then be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Centre, which we anticipate will take place on Thursday 3rd December at our Peterlee facility.
