Eligibility

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only.
Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
You will be able to demonstrate the following: Studying towards a degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent, Good negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince, Good interpersonal and communication skills, in relationship building, team building, motivating others and conflict management.

Structure & format

Working pattern: £24,500 37 hours per week // Flexible working hours // Hybrid working options available depending on the role // Half day Fridays!
