What you'll do
- As an HR Intern you will gain vast experience in many aspects of HR, including day to day tasks like: Sickness absence management, Communication & engagement, Recruitment, talent & succession planning, Acquire an overview of the whole HR department.
- As the HR Intern you will develop skills in communication, project management, prioritisation of tasks and also knowledge of HR processes and ways of working.
Eligibility
- Our placements are open to Undergraduates only.
- Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
- Studying towards a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related subjects, Knowledge using Google Suite tools, Interpret and analyse data, The ability to listen, understand and communicate information, An eagerness to learn and develop yourself, Work well within a team, An interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems, The ability to organise and manage multiple tasks within strict time constraints, Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
