What you'll do

Eligibility

You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement.
If you have already graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and are currently studying a postgraduate Masters, you are not eligible for this programme.

Structure & format

Duration: 1 year (approximately).

Funding structure

Salary: A salary of £26,400 plus a bonus.
2 volunteering days per year Typical skills you can expect to learn on this placement will include: Teamworking through working with multidisciplinary teams Communication (written & verbal) Time management Problem-solving Networking Data analysis and management Technical skills (detailed within each role description).

About the employer

Roles within the Human Biology and Omics Technologies department comprise of several disciplines that provide scientific knowledge required to develop translational models and assays to enable the discovery and validation of novel therapeutic targets, through gaining a deeper understanding of causal biology and mechanisms.
