Overview

This programme is designed as a 12-month industrial placement for students graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of their degree.

Eligibility

University students pursuing a degree in a scientific or engineering discipline graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of their degree who will participate in our 12-month industrial placement.
We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2027 or 2028, or those who have already graduated who we may be able to accommodate shorter placements depending on availability.

Competitive The annual salary for this 12-month placement is £31,500.
When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

Visa & right to work

For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G.
Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 5th July 2027 until 30th June 2028 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment.
