This is typically a 10-week in-person program held during the summer at PGIM's London office. Interns work standard business hours.
Interns receive a competitive salary, though the exact amount is not publicly disclosed.
This program usually targets students in their penultimate year of university, studying computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields. Applicants should have a strong academic record and an interest in financial technology. Work authorization for the UK is required.
The application process generally involves an online application, resume submission, potential coding challenges or online assessments, first-round interviews, and a final-round assessment center or interviews.
PGIM's technology internships are highly competitive, attracting students from top universities globally. The cohort size is typically small to ensure a focused and impactful experience.
This internship provides valuable experience in financial technology at a leading global investment manager, enhancing a student's resume for full-time roles in software engineering, fintech, or quantitative analysis within the financial sector.
