What you'll do
- Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help analyse race scenarios, understand tyre performance and develop tools that support strategic decision-making.
Eligibility
- Currently studying towards a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline Strong numerical ability and a sound understanding of mathematical and analytical principles Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with an interest in race strategy and motorsport performance A methodical approach to work, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information and analytical findings effectively A proactive approach to learning, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced team environment A team like no other.
