Application process
- Apply to our Training Contract Graduates onwards (including those due to Graduate in summer 2026) are eligible to apply to our Direct Training Contract route.
- For those not eligible to apply or unable to attend in-person assessments, applications for our 2027 Vacation Schemes will open in September.

- Candidates submit an initial application form, detailing personal details, education and work experience.
Selection process
- Eligible candidates are invited to take our online High Potential Legal test and video interview.
- Successful candidates are invited to an Assessment Centre.

- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and we may close applications ahead of the deadline subject to demand, so we encourage you to apply early.
