Selection process
- You will then be invited to an assessment centre in February or March.
- You will be invited to an assessment centre in September or October.
- If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a half day assessment centre at our offices.
- The assessment centre includes: A group exercise A short presentation Speed interviews These activities are designed to reflect the skills you would use as a trainee solicitor, such as problem solving, communication, teamwork and commercial awareness.
- We’re not trying to catch you out – the assessment centre is an opportunity for us to get to know you and how you work, and for you to gain insight into life at Walker Morris.
- We will be in touch by email about the outcome of the assessment centre.
- Unsuccessful candidates at this stage will be offered the opportunity for feedback.
