Overview
- This scheme is for university students who are doing well academically and want to test their skills in the real world.
Eligibility
- You must be in the penultimate year of your course, or going onto a Master’s, and you need to be on track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline.

Visa & right to work
- If you are currently on a student visa and would require Skilled Worker sponsorship to join Deloitte after graduation, we’re unable to accept your application, as the salary for the Graduate conversion role in this location does not currently meet the minimum threshold required under the Immigration Rules for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
