Eligibility
- To be eligible for this EDF Industrial Placement, you need to be studying towards, or have already achieved, a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction, Nuclear, Instrumentation and Control, Structural, Chemical, Technical, Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
Structure & format
- Working pattern: You'll also support Site Nuclear Compliance activities, helping ensure compliance with Nuclear Site Licence requirements, planning permissions and lease obligations through a combination of office-based activities and on-site inspections.
