Overview

  • RWE Generation UK Start date on 28th June 2027, full time, fixed term (13 months) Are you interested in an engineering placement with one of the UK’s largest energy producers?
What you'll do
  • During the project there is opportunity to work alongside the operations, maintenance and engineering teams, contractors and service providers.
  • The placement will be based at one of our generating assets and will support the Project Manager with delivery of a programme of high value Outage Projects.
Eligibility
  • Job requirements and experience Ideally, you should be studying a BEng or MEng Mechanical Engineering degree at an undergraduate level.

  • A personal retirement savings plan – if you put in 5% we will top up by a further 10% and you will get life assurance worth 4 x annual salary.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro-rata.

Selection process
  • The Assessment Centre will take place on Tuesday 24th November 2026 face to face at DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon, Wilts SN5 8UZ.
  • The evening prior to the Assessment Centre a meal will be held at DoubleTree by Hilton which you will be required to attend.
