Overview
Six-month EY Foundation programme for sixth formers planning to go straight into work or an apprenticeship after school (rather than university). Combines skills workshops, a recruitment-style bootcamp, a personal job coach and three days of paid work experience.
Six months total. Workshops on employability, professional skills and interviews; a recruitment bootcamp; 1-to-1 support from a job coach; plus three days of paid work experience inside a UK employer. Programmes run in Birmingham (22 June–2 July 2026), Warwick / Coventry (29 June–9 July 2026), Manchester (29 June–9 July 2026) and Glasgow.
Three days of paid work experience are included as part of the programme.
Sixth-form students wanting employment, apprenticeships or other non-university routes after school. Aimed at young people from lower-income backgrounds.
