What you'll do
- You’ll work closely with colleagues across our Thrive team while gaining experience across a range of programmes, partnerships and initiatives, from entry-level support to senior-level career development, plus mentoring and employer training: Support the planning and delivery of our career programmes (Springboard and Thrive) for individuals from historically underrepresented groups, working closely with managers within the Thrive team To support the planning, development and delivery of new programmes, strategic partnerships and initiatives such as Launchpad via Discover Creative Careers and Impact.

Structure & format
- Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working available).
- Working pattern: Hybrid, to include two days per week in the office across two Creative Access sites in Camden and White City, London, and ad hoc early evening events with occasional weekend work.
