Long-term mentoring, financial bursary and career programme for British students of African and Caribbean descent. runs through sixth form, university and into early career.

Structure & format

5+ year support: A-level mentoring → uni bursary (£1k,2k/yr) → professional placements → early-career coaching.

British students of African or Caribbean descent in Year 12, predicted strong A-levels, financial need.
